Schedule an Autism Evaluation

Please note we are only scheduling children under the age of 6. If you are needing services for anyone older than 6 years old, please refer to AutismSpeaks.org for additional options.

When visiting the center for your child’s first appointment, please bring copies of any recent testing, including cognitive and psychological testing and speech, occupational therapy or physical therapy evaluations; records of any early intervention services or IEP/504 plans and past medical and diagnostic assessments.
