CEO, Medical Director

Dr. Katsitadze earned his PhD degree in Early Childhood Development as well as MD degree from Tbilisi Medical University. Since finishing his residency in pediatrics at Emory University School of Medicine in 2003, Dr. Katsitadze has been practicing pediatrics in the Greater Atlanta area. He has earned multiple awards, including “America’s Top Pediatricians” and has been actively involved in efforts to improve early diagnosis and care of children with ASD and behavioral disorders.

Chief Operating Officer

Ghada Atic, MBA brings a wealth of expertise in Healthcare Management, Strategic Planning, and Operations to Atlanta Autism Center. Since joining in 2021, she has significantly contributed to the organization’s success with their strategic vision and operational acumen. Holding an MBA from the University of Memphis, Ghada  is also certified as a Six Sigma Green Belt and was previously certified in billing and coding as a CPC. Currently, she is pursuing ACMPE Board Certification.

Ghada has been instrumental in shaping and overseeing the company’s culture, fostering an environment of professionalism and optimism for both patients and employees. Her leadership and insight continue.

Clinical Advisory Board Member

Dr. Ariana Boutain received her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities, Master’s Degree in Applied Behavioral Science from the University of Kansas, and Ph.D. in Behavioral Psychology from the University of Kansas. Ariana is a Doctoral-Level Board Certified Behavior Analyst and has been working with children with autism, intellectual and developmental disabilities, and related disorders since 2006. 

Dr. Ariana has presented at regional and national conferences on topics including the effectiveness of different prompting procedures on skill acquisition and the use of telehealth technology within parent training programs. Dr. Ariana has published in the Journal of Applied Behavior Analysis and the Behavior Analyst and has served as a reviewer for the Journal of Applied Behavior Analysis and the International Journal of Developmental Disabilities. 

Dr. Ariana has been a member of the Association for Behavioral Analysis International, the Illinois Association for Behavior Analysis, the Wisconsin Association of Behavior Analysis, and the Kansas Association for Behavior Analysis. 

In her spare time, Dr. Ariana enjoys performing in musical theater productions, cycling, and going on exciting adventures with her husband and twins.

Dr. Coffield has been a Board Certified Behavior Analyst since 2014 and earned her doctoral certification (BCBA-D) following graduate training at Cambridge College, Simmons University, and the University of New Hampshire. 

Her  clinical career spans center-based, residential, and public-school service settings. Dr. Coffield has been an active contributor to her professional community, having previously served as Vice President of Finance and Membership for the Georgia Association for Behavior Analysis.

Tyanna Turner, Director of Speech Therapy at Atlanta Autism Center, is a speech-language pathologist with seven years of experience. She likes to say, “I teach kids to talk back,” because empowering children to express themselves, communicate confidently, and advocate for their needs is at the heart of her work. Tyanna is proud to lead an incredible team of SLPs who share her passion for helping children find and use their voices.

Her favorite therapy activities are snack time and pretend play—whether cooking in a play kitchen or playing doctor. She enjoys using these familiar, everyday routines to create natural and engaging opportunities for children to request, comment, connect, and build meaningful communication skills.

Outside of work, Tyanna is a proud dog mom to Churro, her North Carolina native pup, and a foodie working her way through a bucket list of 100+ Atlanta restaurants.

Director of Occupational Therapy

Jonathon “Jonny” Haskell, OTR/L, earned his Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from Western Michigan University in 2015. He began his career in Colorado Springs, Colorado, where he spent eight years practicing occupational therapy and building a strong foundation in areas such as primitive reflex integration and Trust-Based Relational Intervention (TBRI).

In 2023, Jonny returned to Michigan to teach in the Occupational Therapy program at Western Michigan University, an experience that allowed him to share his passion for the field with future clinicians. In 2025, he and his wife relocated to Georgia to be closer to family, a move that reflects the strong value he places on connection both personally and professionally.

Jonny is currently pursuing his Doctorate in Occupational Therapy at the University of Montana, with plans to graduate in July 2026. His research focuses on the role of occupational therapy within Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) settings, a natural extension of his long-standing interest in collaboration across disciplines.

At the heart of Jonny’s work is a genuine passion for teamwork and building meaningful relationships with the individuals and families he serves. He brings extensive experience working alongside ABA professionals and is dedicated to creating thoughtful, integrated care that supports each person’s unique strengths and goals.

Outside of work, Jonny enjoys spending time in the mountains—whether skiing, hiking, or simply exploring the outdoors with his wife and their two dogs.
