Ghada Atic, MBAGhada Atic, MBA
Chief Operating Officer
Ghada Atic, MBA brings a wealth of expertise in Healthcare Management, Strategic Planning, and Operations to Atlanta Autism Center. Since joining in 2021, she has significantly contributed to the organization’s success with their strategic vision and operational acumen. Holding an MBA from the University of Memphis, Ghada is also certified as a Six Sigma Green Belt and was previously certified in billing and coding as a CPC. Currently, she is pursuing ACMPE Board Certification.
Ghada has been instrumental in shaping and overseeing the company’s culture, fostering an environment of professionalism and optimism for both patients and employees. Her leadership and insight continue.

Ariana Boutain, BCBA-D, PhDAriana Boutain, BCBA-D, PhD
Chief Clinical Officer
Dr. Ariana Boutain received her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities, Master’s Degree in Applied Behavioral Science from the University of Kansas, and Ph.D. in Behavioral Psychology from the University of Kansas. Ariana is a Doctoral-Level Board Certified Behavior Analyst and has been working with children with autism, intellectual and developmental disabilities, and related disorders since 2006.
Dr. Ariana has presented at regional and national conferences on topics including the effectiveness of different prompting procedures on skill acquisition and the use of telehealth technology within parent training programs. Dr. Ariana has published in the Journal of Applied Behavior Analysis and the Behavior Analyst and has served as a reviewer for the Journal of Applied Behavior Analysis and the International Journal of Developmental Disabilities.
Dr. Ariana has been a member of the Association for Behavioral Analysis International, the Illinois Association for Behavior Analysis, the Wisconsin Association of Behavior Analysis, and the Kansas Association for Behavior Analysis.
In her spare time, Dr. Ariana enjoys performing in musical theater productions, cycling, and going on exciting adventures with her husband and twins.

Compliance Officer
Raymond Lindholm is a distinguished healthcare law expert with over a decade of experience in navigating complex regulatory challenges. As a former Partner at a leading healthcare law firm and Chief Legal Officer of a healthcare startup, Raymond has a proven track record of successfully defending clients in high-stakes investigations, litigation, and regulatory compliance matters.
His expertise spans healthcare regulatory advisement, strategic joint ventures, operational compliance, and mergers and acquisitions. In 2021, Raymond became Chief Legal Officer of a pioneering healthcare company, where he established legal and compliance frameworks and guided products through FDA 510k approval.
A co-author of The Fundamentals of Health Law and once an adjunct professor at Georgia State College of Law, Raymond continues to shape the healthcare legal landscape with his deep knowledge and strategic insight.
